I recently sold my house, and the buyers inspector stated that the crawlspace needed a sump pump among other various repairs. Our realtor, ****** ******  recommended we get a bid from A Style Construction on all the work. Brad came and took a look, and told us there is no way we need a sump pump and explained why. Had he wanted the money, he could have easily just quoted me the cost and id have paid for a sump pump. But instead, he didnt feel right about charging me 3000 dollars for something i didnt need. That kind of integrity is hard to find in todays world. He and his crew completed the remaining repairs on schedule, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. Finding a trustworthy contractor is like finding a good mechanic, and once you have one, you dont take your repair needs anywhere else.
